Irina Holodņuka, Ph.D., Leading Researcher at the Institute of Microbiology and Virology, RSU, has great experience in the field of immunology, cell biology and virology. Her scientific interests are: virology (EBV, HHV-6); immunology (peripheral blood immune state in rheumatoid arthritis and B-cell hematological malignancies); B-cell hematological malignancy / B-cell lymphoproliferative disease; cancer cell molecular biology; epigenetics and functional genomics of cancer cell. Has experience in coordination of ESF and Latvian Council of Science projects. She is the author and co-author of 28 original papers.
